9-Ball Blitz Terms of Service

9-Ball Blitz is a web-based pool game management and scoring platform designed to provide timing, scoring, match-management, and related gameplay functionality.

Blitz Pool may offer different versions or tiers of the service, including a free version and paid Premium access.

We may add, remove, modify, replace, or reorganize features of the service over time.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a 9-Ball Blitz account.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use 9-Ball Blitz only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

An account is required to access playable versions of 9-Ball Blitz.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

You may use your account on multiple compatible devices and may allow others to use 9-Ball Blitz through your account. However, the account holder remains responsible for activity occurring through that account.

Blitz Pool may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, attempts to circumvent paid-access restrictions, attacks on the service, or other activity that materially interferes with 9-Ball Blitz or its users.

Blitz Pool may provide certain 9-Ball Blitz features without charge.

The features, match settings, restrictions, availability, and functionality included in the free version may change over time.

Access to a feature as part of the free version does not guarantee that the feature will remain free indefinitely.

9-Ball Blitz may offer a paid Premium subscription that provides access to additional features, including expanded or customizable gameplay functionality.

At launch, Premium may be offered for $2.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring price unless canceled.

Blitz Pool may change subscription pricing in the future. Where required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a pricing change applies to them.

Payments and subscription billing may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the subscription-management tools provided by 9-Ball Blitz and its payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You will retain Premium access through the remainder of that paid billing period, after which your account will return to the applicable free level of access unless you subscribe again.

Canceling prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily result in a refund for the current billing period.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Blitz Pool may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation on a case-by-case basis.

Providing a discretionary refund or credit in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds or credits in other situations.

9-Ball Blitz provides tools for managing and facilitating pool matches. The software may include timers, scoring systems, match settings, statistics, and other gameplay features.

Players remain responsible for resolving disputes concerning gameplay, rules, scoring, fouls, match outcomes, or other competition-related matters.

Blitz Pool does not guarantee that software-generated scores, timers, statistics, or other information will always be error-free.

Users should verify information independently when 9-Ball Blitz is being used in circumstances where an incorrect score, timer, or result could have significant consequences.

9-Ball Blitz is not a gambling or wagering service, and Blitz Pool does not operate, administer, or guarantee wagers made between users or third parties.

Blitz Pool may collect and store information associated with use of 9-Ball Blitz, including information such as:

• Account information
• Subscription status
• Number of matches played
• Match activity and usage information
• Scores, statistics, or gameplay information where those features are provided
• Technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service

Our collection and use of personal information is further described in the 9-Ball Blitz Privacy Policy.

9-Ball Blitz and its associated software, design, graphics, branding, interfaces, text, functionality, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Blitz Pool LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Blitz Pool grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use 9-Ball Blitz for its intended purpose.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of 9-Ball Blitz or Blitz Pool intellectual property to you.

We intend to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that 9-Ball Blitz will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, technical problems, third-party services, network failures, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of 9-Ball Blitz as the product evolves.

9-Ball Blitz may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, hosting, authentication, database services, communications, or other infrastructure.

Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to terms or policies maintained by those providers.

Blitz Pool is not responsible for outages, errors, or other failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

These Terms apply primarily to the 9-Ball Blitz software service.

Physical products—including any future 9-Ball Blitz buttons, controllers, tablets, stands, accessories, or hardware kits—may be subject to separate purchase, shipping, return, warranty, and hardware terms.

Purchasing a software subscription does not automatically entitle a user to physical hardware unless expressly stated as part of an offer.

You may not use 9-Ball Blitz to:

• Violate applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account
• Circumvent Premium access controls or payment requirements
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the operation of the service
• Scrape, attack, overload, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure
• Commit fraud or abuse payment systems
• Use the service in a manner that materially harms Blitz Pool, 9-Ball Blitz, or other users

We may take reasonable action to protect the service and its users when these restrictions are violated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9-Ball Blitz is provided "as is" and "as available."

Blitz Pool does not warrant that the service will always operate without interruption, delay, error, data loss, incompatibility, or other technical problems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blitz Pool LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use 9-Ball Blitz.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses arising from interrupted matches, inaccurate scores or timers, lost gameplay data, device or browser incompatibility, service outages, or disputes between players.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Blitz Pool's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using 9-Ball Blitz at any time.

Blitz Pool may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats, abuse of the service, nonpayment, or conduct that materially threatens the service or its users.

Termination of an account does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by law.

We may update these Terms as 9-Ball Blitz evolves.

When changes are material, we will provide notice where reasonably appropriate or required by law.

The updated Terms will identify their effective date. Continued use of 9-Ball Blitz after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived by contract.
