9-Ball Blitz Privacy Policy

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide 9-Ball Blitz.

Account Information

When you create a 9-Ball Blitz account, we collect information such as:

• Your email address
• Authentication and account identifiers
• Account and subscription status
• Information necessary to maintain and secure your account

We do not currently require users to provide a legal name, physical address, telephone number, or date of birth to create a standard 9-Ball Blitz account.

Gameplay and Usage Information

When you use 9-Ball Blitz, we may collect information about how the service is used.

This currently may include:

• Number of matches played
• Free or Premium subscription status
• Login and account activity
• Other information necessary to operate and maintain the service

As 9-Ball Blitz develops, we may introduce additional gameplay features that store information such as match history, scores, match duration, game settings, player statistics, wins, losses, or similar gameplay information.

If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

Technical Information

When you access an online service, certain technical information may be generated or processed automatically. Depending on the technologies used to operate 9-Ball Blitz, this may include information such as:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Date and time of access
• Pages or features accessed
• Diagnostic information
• Security and authentication information
• Similar technical information necessary to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service

We may use information collected through 9-Ball Blitz to:

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

Payment providers may collect payment-card information, billing information, transaction information, and other information necessary to process payments.

Blitz Pool does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number in order to provide your 9-Ball Blitz subscription.

Stripe's handling of information is also governed by Stripe's own privacy policies and terms.

We may receive information from Stripe concerning transactions and subscriptions, such as:

• Stripe customer identifiers
• Subscription status
• Payment status
• Subscription start or cancellation information
• Other transaction information necessary to administer Premium access

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate 9-Ball Blitz.

Our current service infrastructure may include providers such as:

Lovable / Lovable Cloud

We use Lovable and Lovable Cloud infrastructure for portions of the 9-Ball Blitz application, including functions such as hosting, authentication, database services, and application infrastructure.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process and manage Premium subscription payments and related billing functions.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us or as otherwise permitted under their own applicable agreements and policies.

We may add, replace, or remove service providers as 9-Ball Blitz evolves.

We may use analytics tools in the future to better understand how people use 9-Ball Blitz.

Analytics information may include information such as:

• Visits to the service
• Device and browser information
• Features used
• Number of matches played
• Signup and subscription conversion events
• Upgrade interactions
• General usage patterns
• Approximate geographic information derived from information such as an IP address, where applicable

We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising within 9-Ball Blitz.

If we introduce analytics technologies that materially change our collection or sharing practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Transactional and Service Emails

We may send emails necessary to operate your account and provide the service.

Because these communications may be necessary to provide or secure your account, they are not treated as optional marketing communications.

Marketing Emails

Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional, security, billing, or service-related communications.

Blitz Pool does not sell users' personal information.

We do not currently provide third-party behavioral advertising inside 9-Ball Blitz.

We do not intend to provide personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

If these practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

9-Ball Blitz and the service providers supporting it may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, or similar technologies where necessary to:

• Keep users signed in
• Maintain authenticated sessions
• Remember account or application state
• Operate subscription functionality
• Protect the service from fraud or abuse
• Maintain security
• Improve application performance

Additional analytics technologies may be introduced in the future as described in this Privacy Policy.

Some browsers provide "Do Not Track" or similar privacy signals.

Because there is not a single universally adopted standard governing all such signals, 9-Ball Blitz may not respond to every browser-based Do Not Track signal.

We do not currently use 9-Ball Blitz for third-party behavioral advertising or sell personal information.

If applicable law requires us to recognize a particular legally valid privacy preference signal, we will do so as required.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Provide the 9-Ball Blitz service
• Maintain subscription and transaction records

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is maintained.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or de-identify it.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to associated account information and gameplay history.

• Overall usage of game modes or features

• General gameplay trends
• Overall service performance

We may use this information for analytics, research, product development, business planning, and improvement of 9-Ball Blitz.

However, no online service, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should contact us if they believe their account has been compromised.

9-Ball Blitz is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create a 9-Ball Blitz account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Users between 13 and the age of majority should use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian as described in our Terms of Service.

9-Ball Blitz may contain links to or interact with third-party websites or services.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Blitz Pool in connection with 9-Ball Blitz and does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy as 9-Ball Blitz develops, our technology changes, or legal requirements change.

When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes through the service, by email, or through another reasonable method.

The current version of the Privacy Policy will display its effective date.
